As a therapist, one of my main goals is to cultivate an environment where my clients feel safe, heard, and respected. Because each individual is unique and on their own journey, I believe it is important to meet each client where they are at emotionally. There is great power in the vulnerability of the therapeutic experience and I work to develop both a helping and empathetic relationship with my clients. Together, we can work towards conquering the various experiences life has to throw at us!

I am fond of working with individuals of all ages and walks of life, and have specifically grown to enjoy that of the geratic population and all that has to offer. By using a holistic and relational approach, I seek to incorporate my training to meet the needs of each individual client.
