I firmly believe that each of us possesses the innate ability to craft our own stories, but sometimes we need a compassionate guide to navigate the process. With a blend of empathy, insight, and evidence-based techniques, I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore, revise, and edit the chapters of their lives. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where individuals can gain clarity, heal from past wounds, and cultivate the resilience needed to embrace their authentic selves and live the story they've always envisioned. Together, we'll collaborate to uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and ultimately, empower you to become the author of your own story.
Fee: $100 per session
