Kaitlyn Flores
Candidate for LPC Licensure
My practice focuses on working with presenting issues related to neurodivergence, eating disorders, attachment, and relationships. I bring a peaceful and genuine presence to the therapy room, creating a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel seen and valued. I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients on their healing journeys, holding compassion and hope as they navigate life’s challenges.
I have a particular passion for working with teens and young adults, as well as neurodivergent individuals or those experiencing difficulties with eating disorders, attachment, or relationships. My professional experience spans outpatient counseling, pediatric and teen clinics, and the public school system, equipping me to meet clients where they are with empathy and understanding.
Therapy with me is a judgment-free space where clients can expect unconditional positive regard. I draw on evidence-based approaches alongside creative interventions to foster meaningful therapeutic outcomes. By integrating somatic practices, which encourage grounding in the body and empower clients to cultivate regulation in an often chaotic world.
My hope is that through our work together, you will find healing, develop a sense of felt safety, and feel empowered to fully engage in your life. Therapy can be a transformative journey, and I am honored to be part of that process with my clients.
