My approach to therapy is person-centered, focusing on empowering clients to recognize and

build on their strengths. I’m here to listen and provide support as you work through challenges in

a way that feels true to who you are. I believe that many people already have the tools they need

to grow, and I’m here to help you use those strengths to develop the skills needed to thrive.

I am currently pursuing my M.Ed in Professional Counseling from Oklahoma City University.
